We want your Cleveland MCFC merchandise to be exactly what you want and will do our best to make everything as smooth as possible for you. However, we use a third party printing service for all apparel and items with our logo and custom designs printed on them.
Therefore, we must abide by our printer’s Refund and Return policy.
Refunds
Refunds, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, you can request a reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Please get in touch with us by sending an email to contact@clevelandmcfc.com and providing a clear photo showing the issue.
A photo is required for the printer to approve requests.
Once a request has been submitted we will contact you to let you know the status of the refund or reprint.
